We met while waterskiing at a lake in Orlando in 2018. Both of us are Baby Boomers and have a similar philosophy about staying active and ageless. We were both dating younger guys who shared our love for waterskiing and being active. We are conscious about how we eat and live and are living our best lives. Neither one of us feels the need to be over-enhanced cosmetically and are comfortable in our skin.
Chronologically we are Boomers, but with respect to aging physically, we act and feel much younger. Our message ageless living is meant to provide you with health and happiness to live your best life for as long as you can.
Many workout programs today are based on very intense training for the “perfect body” without looking at the future negative consequences of damage and injury to the joints, tendons and ligaments due to improper posture, muscle imbalance, overuse, age, etc. Active Baby Boomers are walking examples of the need for hip and knee replacements due to not moving consistently, or overtraining improperly in their younger years.
That’s why we wrote this book and created the movements in the I Am Ageless Now™ workout program. A strong, healthy, body is capable of carrying you through your life with flexibility and function, allowing you to do the things you love for your entire life. And the best part is, it’s not difficult to start or sustain this way of living.
